Illegal Immigrants Are Above The Law

 Two videos included

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/may2007/110507abovethelaw.htm

While American citizens – be they white, black or hispanic – are shoved around, watched and brutalized by a police state that affords protection only to the criminals

Many were shocked and stunned by the footage showing pro-illegal alien demonstrators cheer and taunt as police grab a man who stuck his middle finger up at the marchers, before slamming his face into the concrete. But why should we be? Illegal aliens are a protected underclass and they are seemingly above the law.

The video shows pro-illegals screaming and cheering with glee as the cops manhandle someone who dare voice an opposing opinion, while other passers-by vandalize the man’s car and verbally taunt him.

In any other case, an individual interfering with an arrest would immediately be confronted and possibly arrested by police, but not in this instance, because illegal aliens are above the law.

Aliens have already broken the law by entering the country without permission – they are already criminals, but instead of being treated as such, they are exalted to a God-like status where they are outside of the laws that govern the rest of us.

Illegal aliens are not required to have insurance or a drivers license and when police pull them over and they can’t speak English the cops just let them go. This is commonly accepted and we have talked directly to police who have admitted the fact that they are ordered to release illegal aliens. It’s one law for American citizens and another for the precious illegals.

Illegal aliens can now cash checks, get credit cards and open bank accounts without a social security number or any other documentation besides an easily obtained card from the government of a different country, yet American citizens are shunned if they don’t have all their papers in order. Organizations like Bank of America reward criminals for entering the country illegally and give them a clear incentive to stay.

This isn’t an issue of race or affording leniency to minorities, it’s a matter of deciding if the law should apply to everyone who resides in the United States or whether certain segments of the population should be exempt from it and allowed to commit crime without punishment.

But don’t worry, because the Bush administration has a solution for dealing with criminals that have already broken the law by entering the country illegally – simply legalize them all with a mass amnesty program! This is akin to a city Mayor dealing with a rash of shootings by legalizing murder. Eradicate the crime by just taking it off the books!

Meanwhile, border agents who attempt to apprehend drug smugglers attempting to sneak into the United States are jailed and subsequently beaten for violating the illegal alien’s civil rights! This is the message the Bush administration sends to the border patrol – if you do your job then you’ll get punished for it.

Why are illegal aliens who have already broken the law and are criminals lavished and coddled by the government and large corporations, while American citizens – be they white, black, or hispanic, are pushed around, surveilled and lectured by Big Brother?

The plan is to piggy back the agenda to merge the U.S., Mexico and Canada into a North American Union onto the openly stated invasion – the Aztlan reconquista and the radical annexation of the American south-west.

Aztlan radicals subscribe to a bizarre liberation theology that the southern and western states are their ancestral homeland and that they are justified in launching a violent and bloody separatist war, including the ethnic cleansing of blacks and whites, to re-conquer this territory.

Their motives overlap with the global elite who steer and control them – the destruction of U.S. sovereignty and the excuse for a total lockdown police state once rioting and race war ensues.

This is why rampant illegal immigration and the protection of illegal criminals who have entered the U.S. is a deliberate policy of the criminal corporation that has hijacked the U.S. government.

This is why illegal aliens are above the law.

More Coming to U.S. than Are Dying in Mexico

Since 2000, Mexico has been losing more people to migration to the United States than to death, according to a report by Mexico’s demographics agency released on May 3. The government study found that an average of 577,000 people migrated to the U.S. each year between 2000-2005, compared to 495,000 deaths a year in the same period. In 2006, it reported, 559,000 Mexicans migrated and there were 501,000 deaths.

Nevertheless, despite losing around one million people per year to death and migration, Mexico experienced an increase of 6.4 million since 2000 and had 104.9 million residents as of last year. Migration to the U.S. has increased dramatically since 1970, when an estimated 800,000 Mexicans lived north of the border. The study estimates that there are currently about 11 million Mexican nationals living in the U.S., both legally and illegally.

An Associated Press report notes the study also showed more and more Mexicans traveling illegally to the United States. In 1993-1997, 48 percent of Mexicans who traveled to the United States entered the country illegally. That percentage jumped to 68 percent between 1998-2001 and to 78 percent from 2001-2005, mostly because of stricter border security measures following the Sept. 11 attacks

Ron Paul: Next President Of The USA?

Texas Congressman enjoys support across political spectrum, anti-war pro-freedom hero represents America’s last hope

Ron Paul’s office has confirmed reports that the Texas Congressman is set to run for the 2008 Presidency. Paul unites opposition to the war and the police state at home across the entire political spectrum and in contrast to the current gaggle of criminals running the White House, represents everything that America truly stands for. A gargantuan effort in support of Ron Paul needs to be mobilized now to prevent Americans from being hoodwinked once again into electing a different puppet of the same dark establishment in 2008.

Paul first ran for President as the Libertarian candidate in 1988, receiving a massive 400,000 votes. He now commands the support of those all across the political spectrum, from libertarians through anti-war Democrats to real paleoconservative Republicans.

Paul has been in and out of Congress since the 70’s and is universally hated by the Republican elite, who routinely back Democrats against him just to try and get him out of office. The former Vietnam flight surgeon is the perfect candidate for President and activists from every corner of every political persuasion should mobilize now in an attempt to help Paul shatter the power monopoly of the Republican and Democrat establishment who have worked together for decades to slit America’s throat in the interests of power, greed, and ego – all working towards the realization of a new world order.

The Texan represents a dying breed in Congress, those who actually cast their votes in accordance with the Constitution and not at the discretion of lobbyists or the fear that the elite will tarnish their political careers if they don’t continually support the establishment. As a result Ron Paul is the elite’s worse nightmare, simply having him on the ticket itself will be a massive public relations blow, and that’s why media organs will probably be activated to try and discredit him before 2008.

Paul was one of only a handful of Republicans to vote against the illegal invasion of Iraq, contenting rightly that the Constitution clearly states that only Congress can declare war. In bucking a trend, Paul was anti-war long before the majority of the country came around to a similar way of thinking following the catastrophe of the occupation.

While Democrats soft-peddle and cozy up to Bush, creating phony arguments about the level of troop presence in Iraq and ignoring the majority will of the country to bring the troops home immediately, Ron Paul’s opposition to unnecessary wars of intervention has remained steadfast throughout his entire political career.

If a gargantuan effort is made from now until the end of 2008 to heighten Paul’s media profile and forward him as America’s last hope, he truly has a significant chance of giving Jeb Bush, Rudy Giuliani or whichever elitist puppet the Republicans choose to put forward a real run for their money.

At the very least it’s a chance to attract attention to some serious issues and hold the establishment’s feet to the fire. But with the favor of the political landscape continually swinging away from the scam repeatedly run by the Republicrats and Democans, we should really start off on a positive footing and consider the fact that Ron Paul, though still an underdog, has a real chance of becoming the next President.

According to the Associated Press, “Paul bills himself as “The Taxpayers’ Best Friend,” and is routinely ranked either first or second in the House by the National Taxpayers Union, a national group advocating low taxes and limited government.”

On every single issue of national importance – borders, the war, limited government, U.S. sovereignty, tax and the federal reserve – Ron Paul stands for populist ideals that the country is screaming out for after seven years of hell under Bush, preceded by eight years of disgrace under Bill Clinton.

Ron Paul voted against the Patriot Act, opposes the draft, advocates the abolition of the income tax, urges the re-introduction of the gold standard, and stands against initiatives to strip the U.S. of its sovereignty such as CAFTA and the FTAA.

From reforming Marijuana laws to supporting an unregulated Internet, to supporting the 2nd amendment, Ron Paul hits home with keystone populist issues across the board.

During several appearances on The Alex Jones Show, Ron Paul has consistently upheld his commitment to civil liberties, slammed the militarized police state that Bush has created and also called for immediate impeachment proceedings to be brought against the current incumbent of the White House.

President Ron Paul could truly return America to the great nation it once was and his decision to run is an exciting development that we should all embrace and stand beside him in the fight to restore some form of dignity to the office of President that has been completely absent since the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963.

“Congressman Ron Paul is a dream candidate, a super patriot, a total Constitutionalist, an American hero.”

“We must elect him President.”

Congressman Ron Paul Reiterates Danger Of Foreign Troops Being Used For Martial Law

Speaks out on phony UN-US dog and pony show, EPA testing pesticides on children

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones | November 24 2005

Republican Congressman Ron Paul recently appeared on nationally syndicated radio and again reiterated his deep concern that foreign troops are mobilizing outside and inside America to be used as assets in a martial law takeover by the Bush administration.

“It’s a horrible precedent and it’s all part of the NAFTA scheme and globalization and world government,” Paul told the Alex Jones Show.

“Obviously they shouldn’t be permitted. What I’d like to see is that we don’t have our troops in foreign countries and if we needed a national guard that they were back here at home, that’s the bigger problem. Then if there were foreign troops on our soil maybe our state officials could deal with that with their own national guard.”

Paul elaborated on his fear that after the next crisis the government, in line with their own public statements, will use military assets to police Americans on a regular basis.

“They’re putting their back up against the wall and saying, if need be we’re going to have martial law.”

“We’ve heard all these statements by the President, by the administration, why they need more militarism at the federal government to keep people in check so nobody knows how this will turn out but I do know that the only thing we can do about it is try to alert the American people to what’s going on so they can be prepared.”

Paul offered his take on why the government seemed to be acting in a deranged and reckless manner on every issue.

“It’s almost like they’re going overboard that they lose their rationality and that’s part of the reason why they usually fail too is they get overly bold and I think our government is overly bold thinking they are invincible and they feel invincible with their finances. Our government controls the reserve currency of the world, they literally have the ability to print gold.”

In light of recent shocking rulings that authorize the EPA to conduct tests on orphan and mentally disabled children using pesticides, Paul made comparisons with a proposed universal mental screening program that he previously had helped defeat.

“I really thought that mental health testing and drugging was so evil and horrible, but this I think could even be a little bit worse when they talk about testing these kind of chemicals. But that’s just confirmation once again that we as a country have been careless and we’ve allowed our government to act as parents for the children and, in spite of the shortcomings of some parents, parents do a much much better job.”

Talking about children being in government care being five times more likely to be abused and Congressmen voting for those kind of measures, Paul stated,

“The results are so horrible you’d think maybe a little bit of logic would cause them to rethink their position but it doesn’t seem to happen.”

On the subject of his drive to get the US out of the UN, Paul pointed out the staged good cop, bad cop nature of the US-UN relationship.

“The Bush administration started bashing the UN and threatening the UN with cutting some of the funding but it was all a game they were playing because they literally gave the UN more power in the name of a reform.”

“Who do we have at the UN, Bolton, the arch Neo-Con warmonger and actually what they’ve done is taken the Neo-Con position on intervening on the internal affairs of other nations and regime change and they’ve institutionalized that in the United Nations, now the UN is in the business of regime change.”

Republican Congressman Slams Bush On Militarized Police State Preparation

Ron Paul says indictment story is far more damaging than media is portraying, avian flu martial law provisions aimed at gun confiscation

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones | October 12 2005

Congressman Ron Paul has accused the Bush administration of attempting to set in motion a militarized police state in America by enacting gun confiscation martial law provisions in the event of an avian flu pandemic. Paul also slammed as delusional and dangerous plans to invade Iran, Syria, North Korea and China.

Ron Paul represents the 14th Congressional district of Texas. He also serves on the House of Representatives Financial Services Committee, and the International Relations committee.

Paul appeared on the Alex Jones show yesterday and raised some interesting points about the possibility of imminent indictments of top Bush administration figures.

“I think there’s a lot more excitement coming and it’s not going to be good for the Republicans,” stated Paul.

“The things that I hear have to do with Karl Rove and Abramoff and that’s much much worse than anybody would believe and it involves DeLay as well.”

“And that type of an indictment will be much more serious than the indictment of shifting campaign funds around…..there’s some political infighting which could make that really interesting.”

On the subject of the police state, Paul stated,

“If we don’t change our ways we will go the way of Rome and I see that as rather sad…..the worst things happen when you get the so-called Republican conservatives in charge from Nixon on down, big government flourishes under Republicans.”

“It’s really hard to believe it’s happening right in front of us. Whether it’s the torture or the process of denying habeas corpus to an American citizen.”

“I think the arrogance of power that they have where they themselves are like Communists….in the sense that they decide what is right. The Communist Party said that they decided what was right or wrong, it wasn’t a higher source.”

Paul responded to President Bush’s announcement last week that he would order the use of military assets to police America in the event of an avian flu outbreak.

“To me it’s so strange that the President can make these proposals and it’s even plausible. When he talks about martial law dealing with some epidemic that might come later on and having forced quarantines, doing away with Posse Comitatus in order to deal with natural disasters, and hardly anybody says anything. People must be scared to death.”

Paul, himself a medical doctor, agreed that the bird flu threat was empty fearmongering.

“I believe it is the President hyping this and Rumsfeld, but it has to be in combination with the people being fearful enough that they will accept the man on the white horse. My first reaction going from my political and medical background is that it’s way overly hyped and to think that they have gone this far with it, without a single case in the whole country and they’re willing to change the law and turn it into a military state? That is unbelievable! They’re determined to have martial law.”

Paul opined that the martial law provisions now being promoted by the Bush administration were a direct response to people’s unwillingness to relinquish their firearms, as was seen in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

“I think they’re concerned about the remnant, the remnant of those individuals who don’t buy into stuff and think that they should take care of themselves on their own, that they should have their own guns and their own provisions and they don’t want to depend on the government at all and I think that is a threat to those who want to hold power. They don’t want any resistance to their authoritarian rule.”

Paul opined that the government was on a delusional power trip that threatened the country.

“These guys are ready to start a war with Iran, Syria, North Korea or China. They can’t possibly do that, it’s so insane, we don’t have the money, we don’t have the troops, we probably don’t even have the ammunition.”

“But, if they are truly delusional they just might do something that’s totally irrational.”

Paul expressed his hope that finally some conservatives are waking up to the fact that the Bush administration is a trojan horse, especially after arch-liberal Harriet Miers was chosen by Bush to supposedly move the Supreme Court to the right, even though her record is atrocious and she has been involved in the past covering up for the Bush crime family’s activities

Media Elites Struggle to Keep Ron Paul Under Wraps

Jim Capo
JBS
Friday May 11, 2007

Remember three years ago when the major press organs of the country were all atwitter over the rocketing presidential fortunes of Howard Dean? Dean and his supporters had “mastered the Internet.”

Their phenomenal work is now a case study on how political candidates can harness the power of the on-line world.  (Only Dean’s famous “scream,” blasted way out of proportion by the establishment media, terminated his upward trajectory of support. For kicks, go back and compare the coverage between the candidacy ending Dean Scream to the McCain “bomb Iran” non-event. Yes, I know, after 9/11 everything changed, but humor yourself.)

Now in 2007, Ron Paul comes along last week and gives by most accounts of honest grassroots Americans the best performance in the first televised debate between GOP presidential contenders. Exclusively broadcast by MSNBC, Ron Paul led MSNBC’s post election poll from start to finish with nearly a double digit margin over his nearest challenger Mitt Romney.

An even more crushing defeat of the rest of the pack occurred in an ABC News poll which at first had been posted on-line with only nine names on it — Ron Paul’s being the one missing. Irate Paul supporters who complained in the poll’s comment section at first saw many of their posts ominously deleted — some no doubt for language, others for editorial discretion bordering on the c word. After someone posted in the comment’ thread the cell phone number of a Senior VP at ABC News, the Paul name was added to the poll.

With the silent treatment of Ron Paul becoming deafening, ABC News has now taken the “nothing to see here, move along” tact. Here is how they summed it up in their whitewash of the last few days:

So are the polls missing a Paul boomlet? Is the famously contrarian ob-gyn a libertarian nicknamed “Dr. No” because of his propensity to vote against anything he believes contradicts the Constitution’s original intent poised to surge into contention in the GOP field?

Not likely. What’s more likely, based on Web traffic over the past week, is that Paul supporters have mastered the art of “viral marketing,” using Internet savvy and blog postings to create at least the perception of momentum for his long-shot presidential bid.

Yes, the scientific off-line polls of a few thousand people that we control and tell you about are correct. The on-line polls they can’t be trusted.

There is one glaring fallacy of logic in the current ABC argument. There were almost 80,000 votes cast in the MSNBC poll just BEFORE the first televised debate. In that polling, the results came out just as the MSM media told us they should. McCain, Romney and Gulliani the leaders, Paul, Tancredo, Hunter and others just blips.

What ABC is trying to say now, however, is that those who cast these 80,000 votes suddenly evaporated and were mysteriously replaced by those coaxed on by a handful of Paul supporters and Internet savvy bloggers. (It is no shock that with this kind of reasoning a Digg post two days ago on the ABC news story already has 4,000 “diggs.”)

Let me offer a totally different made-up explanation for ABC that could have sold better. Most McCain, Romney and Giuliani supporters don’t pay attention to MSNBC and ABC. They are all over at Fox News being marketed information they already agree with. The MSNBC and ABC polls were driven by Democratic and unaffiliated voting types who simply discovered that Paul was the GOP candidate most like them. And, it certainly didn’t hurt that the questions and commentary in the MSNBC debate were moderated by a “liberal.”

It should also be noted that on-line winner Ron Paul was the only one of the ten GOP candidates to clearly state that he has been against the Iraq War from before it was started by the Bush Administration. He said our soldiers should be allowed to march out of Iraq as quickly as they marched in. That a growing majority of ignored Americans have been taking a similar stand is another likely reason Paul scored so well in the after debate polling. Of course, if you go by the MSNBC report the next morning, this is the subtitle you quickly see next to a photo of three candidates including Ron Paul:

In first debate, 2008 hopefuls say conflict mismanaged, but worthwhile

MSNBC “reporter” Alex Johnson and his editors then opened their article with this (boldface added):

Republican presidential candidates gave a qualified endorsement Thursday night to President Bush’s strategy in the war in Iraq, criticizing the administration for mismanaging the war but insisting that U.S. troops should not be withdrawn.

So, while technically we can imagine Ron Paul for some reason might not be considered a “hopeful” and MSNBC did not write “ALL Republican presidential candidates…” you would think that a real news outfit might want to point out that the apparent winner of the debate was the only candidate to come out decidedly against both going into and staying in Iraq.

Folks, this is how bad the corporate media really is. They can not even report accurately on an event they produced themselves. Let’s join Eric Blair in not being surprised.

The next GOP debate is in Columbia, South Carolina this coming Tuesday, May 15th. The “fair and balanced” Fox News is hosting this one. Watch carefully how they place Ron Paul on stage and how Britt Hume directs questions and comments to him.

Sidebar: We will actually be in Columbia on the 15th lobbying mainstream media journalists and debate fans to take a cue from Lou Dobbs and start reporting on plans to merge the US with Canada and Mexico. We think this question rises at least to a level of importance on par with whether or not a presidential candidate would keep Carl Rove on their staff.  Interested parties can contact me here.
